Abstract

The number of center-pivot sprinkler systems is
increasing in Idaho. These systems give large area
coverage with low irrigation labor requirements. Center-pivots
have high irrigation efficiency where adapted
to crops, soil, and climatic conditions, and when used
with proper irrigation management practices. In recent
years these syitems have become more reliable in their
operation.
